These are the steps to follow if your BioCharger isn't connecting to the internet using an Ethernet cable.
- Unplug the Ethernet cable from the BioCharger
- Restart the internet router to which the cable is connected
- Wait for the router to power up all the way
- Power off the BioCharger
- Plug the Ethernet cable back into the BioCharger
- Power on the BioCharger
- Verify you are seeing flashing lights on the router where the cable from the BioCharger is connected. If no lights are seen it is most likely either a cable issue or an issue with the connection on the router
