My BioCharger has been delivered, what are my next steps?
1. Schedule your Onboarding once your BioCharger is delivered.
- To guarantee a successful Onboarding process, please confirm your time zone and choose a date and time for your session once your BioCharger is delivered: Onboarding Schedule
- It is highly recommended that all staff members and employees responsible for operating the BioCharger attend.
2. Check your inbox.
- You will receive an email from noreply@talentlms.com with the subject 'BioCharger Learning Center'. This email contains login credentials that will grant you access to education and training resources.
- You will also receive an email from mycloud@biocharger.com with the subject 'Welcome Message'. This email contains login credentials for the myCloud dashboard that will grant you access to the recipe library.
3. Unbox and assemble the BioCharger.

- We recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure proper grounding.
- When your BioCharger is delivered, it will be in three separate boxes. If you need to move it, keep the original boxes and the tube spectrum boxes.
4. Connect your BioCharger to your Wireless Network.

- You should have your WiFi Network name, password and another electronic device ready for the setup.
