Since this synergism creates a powerful response in most individuals, we recommend beginning with one stack per day. Test and assess before adding more recipes and stacks. One example is to try one of our stacks in the morning and then run a targeted recipe later on. One can also work up to two stacks a day (equivalent to fifty minutes of biocharging), however, it is not recommended to run them consecutively.
