Due to the powerful response this synergy creates in most people, we recommend starting with one stack per day. Evaluate your response before adding more recipes and stacks. For example, try using one stack in the morning and a targeted recipe later in the day. While you can gradually build up to two stacks daily (equal to fifty minutes of biocharging), don't run them back-to-back.
