Below is a video on how to restore your BioCharger's factory wireless settings and to help you get your BioCharger connected to your wireless network:

2. Power the BioCharger NG on
3. Once the BioCharger NG is fully booted up, go to your laptop and connect to the WiFi network called "biocharger_default"
(Note: if biocharger_default does not appear, skip to Step 13 and Restore Defaults. If it still doesn't appear, try fully powering the BioCharger Off and back On. It should appear at that point).
4. When prompted for the password for the "biocharger_default" network, enter in this password: apassword (all lowercase and all together no spaces)
5. Once your laptop is connected to the "biocharger_default" network, open a web browser
6. In the address bar of your web browser, type in: 192.168.4.1 and press the enter key
7. This should take you to a web page that mirrors the panel of your BioCharger NG

10. Enter in your WiFi SSID and password. Both the SSID and password are case sensitive, so you will want to be careful on how you enter those in. Also note, if your SSID has any spaces in the name or any special characters, you will need to enter a backslash "\" (without the quotes) before each space AND special character. You can use the translator here, or at the bottom of the page or follow the instructions below.
For example, if your SSID name is ATT-2.4G then you would need to type it in as ATT\-2\.4G in the SSID field.
Another example, if your password was something like Get Connected!, then you would need to enter your password in like this: Get\ Connected\!
Note that the backslash is entered, then the space is entered after the backslash.
Special characters are noted: $ @ ^ ` , | % ; . ~ ( ) / \ { } : ? [ ] = - + _ # ! & < > *
11. Once you have your SSID and password typed in, click the Save button. (It will look like nothing changed on your computer screen). However, the BioCharger NG screen should reboot within a few seconds.

To check this, on the front of your BioCharger in the upper right corner is a green circle go ahead and click on that with your stylus and it will say internet available or internet unavailable. The other way to check is to log into your myCloud account. When you look at the top right of your screen you will see "Connected" in green. If you see "Waiting..." in red, you are not connected to your WiFi. Make sure you refresh this page if you have it up already sometimes it takes a minute to pick up the connection.
13. If your BioCharger NG does not connect to WiFi, then you can go to Setup → Restore Defaults and try the above steps again. You will need to accept the prompt, and then should see the message "Defaults Restored". You may also see the message "Error getting IP Address", which is normal.
