The BioCharger displays "He's dead, Jim!"

If you see the below message/screen on your LCD panel, then follow the steps below the image shown below:

This message is telling you the chrome browser on the unit has crashed. The below steps should resolve the issue:

1. Power off your BioCharger using the power switch on the back of your unit
2. Wait for the screen to be completely dark and for the green VDC lights to be off
3. Power the BioCharger back on
