When you first start using the BioCharger, we recommend starting off "low and slow". On the BioCharger there is a way to adjust the power level for the recipe between "Low", "Normal" and "Boost". When first starting out, we recommend starting off on the "Low" power level and running a recipe once a day, or maybe even once every other day until you become acclimated to the energy of the BioCharger NG.
After about 2 weeks of every other day use, you can start to increase the power level to "Normal" and increase the number of recipes you run as well.
Once you are acclimated, feel free to run your BioCharger as often or as long as you would like. Feel free to run multiple recipes every day, if you so choose. We have a wide range of use cases.
Some individuals may desire a more aggressive regimen, depending on their personal situation. For general, overall wellness, once a day, every other day is a good use case; one recipe, 3 times a week.
The above being said, there is a law of diminishing returns. After about 3 to 4 recipes in one day, or about an hour of use, your body may become saturated with energy. So while running more recipes will not be a detriment, they will also not be as rejuvenating.
Our onboarding and training process will ensure that you start off on the right foot and provide you with the best information for your situation to maximize your success with your BioCharger.
