How do I login to the BioCharger Help Center?

The below steps should help you gain access to your BioCharger Help Center account.

1) Go to this web site: https://support.biocharger.com/hc/en-us

2) Click the "Sign In" link, located in the upper right corner.

3) You should then get a screen like the one below. Click on the Forgot my password link:

4) You will then see a window like the one below:

​

5) Enter in the same e-mail address that you use to login to your myCloud account with.

6) Click the Submit button and this will trigger an e-mail to be sent to you where you can then set a password for the Help Center.
