When you click either the Sign in button or the Submit button nothing happens.
The issue is browser settings within either Safari or Brave browsers.
For Safari users:
- Click the word Safari on the top menu and choose Preferences
- Click the Privacy tab
- Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking
- Close the box
- Close the Sign in box
- Click the Sign in link in the upper right and sign in again - checking the Stay signed in button prevents you from having to do this each time
- Click the word Safari on the top menu again and choose Preferences
- Click the Privacy tab
- Check the Prevent cross-tracking box
- Close the box
For iPad users:
- Click the settings icon for the ipad.
- Scroll down the left side and choose Safari
- On the right side, scroll down until you see the Privacy & Security settings.
- Turn off Cross-Site Tracking.
- Go back to Safari and click the Circle and Arrow at the top to refresh the page.
- Click the Sign In option in the top right corner.
- You may have to click the allow cookies message if it appears.
- Log in as normal - the Sign-in button should now be available.
For Chrome users:
- Click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and choose settings
- Click Privacy and Security on the left side
- Click Cookies and other site data
- Check Block third-party cookies in Incognito
- Close the tab
- Open support.biocharger.com again and log in as normal
For Brave users:
- Click the Lion head to the right of the address bar
- You should see a box like the one below. Click the orange dot.
- It should now look like this
- Click the Sign in box again and continue as normal.
