Checking the Status of Your Support Ticket

Once you sign in to support.biocharger.com you will be able to check the status of your support tickets.

1. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Choose My activities.
3. Click on the subject of the ticket for further information. 
4. Click the BioCharger symbol in the upper left corner to return to the main support page.
