If your BioCharger has the red Waiting: in the upper right corner of the screen it means your BioCharger is not connecting to the internet. There are a few options for trying to get your BioCharger connected again.
- Restart your BioCharger. Sometimes it just needs to be restarted
- Power off your BioCharger using the switch in the back
- Wait until the cursor stops blinking in the upper left hand corner
- Wait it another 20 seconds
- Power on your BioCharger using the switch in the back
- Reconnect your BioCharger to the wireless network
- Make sure your wireless dongle is installed on your BioCharger

- Connect your BioCharger to your router using an Ethernet cable.
- Using an Ethernet cable, plug one end into the back of the BioCharger and plug the other end into an open LAN port on your router
- Wait a few minutes and your BioCharger should connect
