If the cursor on your BioCharger doesn't match where you are pressing, your BioCharger screen needs to be calibrated. This requires you to schedule a zoom call with the BioCharger support team. Use the scheduler below to schedule your appointment. A fifteen minute support call should be plenty of time.
*note: Your BioCharger will have to be connected to the internet. If it is not, you will want to schedule at least a 30 minute call so that we can help you get it connected with the calibration.
