# Freezing Issues; LCD Screen is Frozen or Unresponsive

If the LCD panel on your BioCharger has become unresponsive, please try the steps below:
1. Grab the provided reset tool or a paperclip
2. Open the paperclip (if that is what you are using)
3. Turn the unit off with the power button on the rear panel
4. Use the reset tool or one end of the paperclip to insert into the small hole just below the screen.
5. Push the button inside the hole with the tool or paperclip and hold for 5 seconds, then release
6. Turn the unit on with the power button on the rear of the panel
If the LCD panel continues to be unresponsive, [please submit a ticket to our support team](https://50819489.hs-sites.com/kb/how-do-i-contact-biocharger-client-success-support?hsLang=en) and we will be happy to guide you through additional troubleshooting steps.
If possible, it would be most helpful if a short video of the issue could be attached to the ticket or the video e-mailed to [clientsuccess@biocharger.com](mailto:support@biocharger.com).
