Visit the myCloud login page at mycloud.biochargerng.com, and click the blue 'Reset password' link above the Login button.
The 'Reset password' link will bring you to a page where you can submit the email address associated with your account. Once you put your email (all lowercase), click on Reset. You should receive an email with a new random password within a minute or so. You may need to check Spam/Junk folders.
When you receive your email, the new random password is at the end of the first sentence. Copy the password.
Return to the login page at mycloud.biochargerng.com, and login with your email and new password.
From there, you can click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select the 'Change Password' option to set your own password.
