myCloud shows 'Waiting...' in red with a spinning circle

If your BioCharger has the red Waiting: in the upper right corner of the screen it means your BioCharger is not connecting to the internet. There are a few options for trying to get your BioCharger connected again.

  1. Restart your BioCharger. Sometimes it just needs to be restarted
    1. Power off your BioCharger using the switch in the back
    2. Wait until the cursor stops blinking in the upper left hand corner
    3. Wait it another 20 seconds
    4. Power on your BioCharger using the switch in the back 
  2. Reconnect your BioCharger to the wireless network
    1. Make sure your wireless dongle is installed on your BioCharger

  3. Connect your BioCharger to your router using an Ethernet cable.
    1. Using an Ethernet cable, plug one end into the back of the BioCharger and plug the other end into an open LAN port on your router
    2. Wait a few minutes and your BioCharger should connect
