Tools & items you'll need: replacement tube
Power off the BioCharger
Flip the power switch on the back to OFF.
Unplug the unit from the wall for extra safety.
Remove the Arc Rod or Nylon Screw
Unscrew either the black nylon screw or the arc rod that secures the top assembly. Place to the side.
Remove the white top lid/cover
Lift the white lid straight up and set it aside.
Remove the large plexiglass hexagonal enclosure
Carefully lift off the plexiglass hexagonal enclosure and set it aside.
Remove the old tube
Gently lift out the tube that needs replacing.
Install the new tube
Carefully place the new tube into the same position, aligning it the same way the old one sat.
Reassemble the enclosure
Put the plexiglass hexagonal enclosure back in place over everything.
Replace the white top lid/cover
Lower the white top lid/cover back into position.
Reinstall the Arc Rod or Nylon Screw
Reinsert and tighten the black nylon screw or arc rod you removed earlier. Don’t over tighten.
Final checks & power on
Make sure everything is seated correctly.
Plug the BioCharger back in and power it on. Confirm the unit powers up normally and the new tube behaves as expected.
Clean up & dispose
Dispose of the old tube safely (fragile — treat as glass).
