Have you tried turning it off and then turning it on again?
Follow these steps to restart your BioCharger:
- Power off your BioCharger using the switch in the back (O = Off, | = On)
- Wait until your screen goes blank and the cursor in the upper left hand corner stops blinking
- Wait another 20 seconds
- Power on your BioCharger using the switch in the back
