Should I turn the BioCharger off or leave it powered on?

Inside your BioCharger is a slow-charge battery that maintains power during the shutdown process. If this battery goes flat, it might prevent your BioCharger from starting up properly. For this reason, we recommend keeping the BioCharger powered on for a few hours a day. It can also be left on 24/7, like an appliance (in that case, an occasional monthly reboot might be a good idea. We all need a reboot sometimes!)

If you’re heading out for an extended vacation, it’s fine to shut off and unplug your BioCharger—just remember to power it back on when you return so the battery can recharge.

In the event of an electrical storm, it is recommended to power off and unplug the BioCharger for the duration.

By following these simple guidelines, you'll help ensure your BioCharger is always ready to deliver its best performance!
